After placing your order please contact us with your order number and your customisation requirements. The most popular personalisation for our cases are adding your name - you can choose the font, size, colour.... in-fact everything!
If you're personalising a product, make sure to fill out all the fields above accurately. This will ensure that our team can create artwork that matches your specific requirements.
Once you've placed your order, we'll send you a digital mock-up within one working day. This mock-up will give you an idea of how your product will look, and you can request revisions if necessary.
At CMZ Art, we understand that timely delivery is essential for our customers. We aim to dispatch personalised products within 1-3 working days so that they can reach you as soon as possible.
Standard deliveries are made via Royal Mail, which is a reliable and efficient courier. If you require faster delivery, you can upgrade at checkout for an additional cost.
For international customers (outside The UK), local post services will delivery your package, unless an upgrade is selected at checkout.

I am very happy with my purchase of a pillow cover. Material was a soft velour. Unlike a previous one I received. The print of a dog was lovely. Matt was very helpful with my request to change the lettering of the print. You get to view it before going to print. The only thing that was disappointing was that for 25 you did not get the cushion to go inside the cover, and i had to purchase elsewhere. But I would highly recommend the product which I purchased for a friend who had recently lost her pet.
