I am very happy with my purchase of a pillow cover. Material was a soft velour. Unlike a previous one I received. The print of a dog was lovely. Matt was very helpful with my request to change the lettering of the print. You get to view it before going to print. The only thing that was disappointing was that for 25 you did not get the cushion to go inside the cover, and i had to purchase elsewhere. But I would highly recommend the product which I purchased for a friend who had recently lost her pet.

I love the way the case covers my phone. It feels so secure and the quality of the picture on the case is amazing! I cannot attest to long term durability since I just received it, but I will come back and review it later! I ordered from this seller twice. The tote bags appear to be good quality, and delivery was fast. Regarding my first purchase, I felt the mock-up didnt completely match the item. Upon its delivery, l felt that the picture of the pet blended into the green of the background. However, I believe this to be my own fault. The pictures I provided for this bag didnt completely follow the sellers guidelines (e.g., being well-lit). When I purchased my second bag, all of the pictures I submitted were well-lit and high-quality. The mock-up matched perfectly, and the pets picture was defined and clear. Both presents were received well, and I am overall very happy with them- especially with the second bag. My advice is to be mindful that you follow the picture guidelines- this will allow the seller to achieve the best result!
I absolutely love what I received! The overall design is super cute and the customizations are varied in a way that really makes it special. It took a little long for me to receive but it was still within the timeframe and shipping was free so I was absolutely okay with the waiting. The only negative thing I could say about the bag was that the material is a little too flimsy to use as a solid tote. I use it to carry my lunch and wallet to work but I wouldnt trust it for anything heavier. The product is so lovely though that if the seller charged more for an optional sturdier material, I absolutely would buy it!
