Pet Glass Coasters - Set of Two

1. Eligibility

• This offer is available exclusively to new customers of Many Pets who have held their policy for at least 60 days.
• Each eligible customer is entitled to one (1) free set of two pet coasters.

2. Misuse of the Offer

• This offer is intended for personal, non-commercial use by eligible customers.
• Customers are limited to one (1) free set of two coasters per customer.
• Attempts to place multiple orders, use false identities, or manipulate the offer in any way will be considered misuse.
• If misuse is identified or we suspect a customer is acting in bad faith, we reserve the right to: Cancel the order(s) without notice and exclude the customer from future offers or promotions.

3. Intellectual Property

• By uploading or submitting any images, photos, or materials for personalisation, you grant COOMZ Ltd (trading as CMZ Art) a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, and perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt, and modify these materials for the purpose of creating your personalised coasters.
• You confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to provide these materials and that their use will not infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• COOMZ Ltd reserves the right to retain and use the designs for promotional, marketing, or other business purposes unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

4. Privacy Policy

• By participating in this offer, you consent to COOMZ Ltd collecting, processing, and storing your personal information for the purposes of fulfilling your order.
• Your information will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order (e.g., with courier services).

5. Personalisation

• The design is digitally created, not hand drawn. Therefore, we can only depict details as shown in the provided photo and cannot change the pose or other elements that differ from the original image.
• We do not allow changes to the photo once the artwork creation has started. Please ensure the quality and pose of the photos you upload meet your expectations before submission.
• We offer an unlimited number of pets in the design, provided the number fits reasonably within the design.
• Personalisation and edit requests are unlimited to the extent we deem reasonable.
• If we believe the requested number of pets or personalisation is excessive or compromises the quality of the design, we reserve the right to refuse the request.
• In such cases, we will communicate this. If an agreement cannot be reached, we will proceed with dispatching the coasters with a design we believe is satisfactory.

6. Delivery

• In case of damage or loss during transit, customers must inform us within 14 days from the dispatch date.
• Upon notification, we will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue. If the
  package is confirmed as lost or damaged, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
• If the package is returned to us due to incorrect mailing details provided by the customer, redelivery will not be covered by us, and we will invoice
  the customer for the cost of reshipping.

7. Liability

• COOMZ Ltd will not be held liable for any injury, damage, or harm caused by the misuse of the coasters.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the coasters are used safely and appropriately.
• By accepting the coasters, customers agree to release COOMZ Ltd from any claims relating to injury or harm arising from their use.

8. General

• This offer is subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion without prior notice.
